Nicoletta Pavarotti, widow of the late Luciano Pavarotti, Livio Ferrari Opera Naples Co-Founder, and Joanne Fultz of the Florida International Group are working on a project to bring a brand new Opera House and Performing Arts Center to Naples, Florida. The design of the building is based on that of The Grange Opera House in Surrey, England.
